Privacy Policy

Vereno runs recorded, consented sales calls and turns them into product intelligence. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep every customer's data separate.
01Who we are
Vereno is an AI sales rep for B2B teams. It runs top-of-funnel sales work and turns the resulting conversations into product intelligence for the company it works for. Vereno is pre-launch and founder-led. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Vereno" mean the company operating the Vereno service, and "you" means anyone whose data we handle.
02Who this policy covers
This policy applies to three groups of people:
- Website visitors, meaning anyone who browses this site.
- Call participants, meaning prospects and other people who book, join, or are recorded on a Vereno-run sales call.
- Customers, meaning the companies that engage Vereno to run sales on their behalf, and their authorized users.
03Consent and call recording
Vereno runs sales calls that are led by AI and recorded. We treat consent and disclosure as a hard gate, not an afterthought.
Before any call, every invited participant is told, at the point of booking, that the meeting is AI-led and recorded. If a participant does not consent, the call does not happen. We do not record covertly, and we do not proceed without disclosure.
Because call-recording consent laws vary by state and country (some require all parties to consent), disclosure and consent are built into the booking flow so the call only starts once consent is captured.
04Information we collect
From website visitors
We keep this to a minimum. If site analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or share this information.
From call participants
- Booking details you provide, such as name, work email, company, and scheduling and time-zone information.
- Call recordings and transcripts of the conversation you consented to.
- Intelligence derived from the call, such as the questions you asked, objections you raised, requests you made, and features you asked about.
From customers
- Account and contact details for authorized users.
- Configuration and target-market information you provide so we can run outreach on your behalf.
- The transcripts, recordings, and derived intelligence produced by calls run for your company.
05How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Source buyers and run outreach on behalf of a customer.
- Book and run qualified sales meetings.
- Produce product intelligence for the customer whose call it was, meaning a counted readout of what that market asks, misunderstands, requests, and objects to.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
06How your data is kept separate
Each customer's data lives in an isolated Sales Brain. We do not pool one customer's calls, transcripts, or intelligence with another customer's, and we do not use one company's data to train, tune, or improve another company's rep.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use call content to train general-purpose AI models for unrelated purposes.
07Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Vereno, under contracts that limit them to that purpose. These fall into a few categories:
- Scheduling and calendar providers used to book meetings.
- Calling, transcription, and AI model providers used to run and process calls.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the site and service.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. If a transfer happens, we will note it in this policy.
08Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. Customers can request deletion of their data, and call participants can request deletion of the recording and transcript of a call they were on.
09Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by law.
US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law provides, including the right to know, delete, and correct your information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Vereno does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Opting out of outreach
You can ask to stop receiving outreach at any time, and we will honor the request. Every outreach message also includes a way to opt out.
10Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are privacy-first and cookieless. Your browser controls remain available to block or clear cookies if you choose.
11Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to isolate it per customer.
12Data location
Vereno operates from and stores data using infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the service from outside these locations, your information may be transferred to and processed there.
13Children
Vereno is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
15Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests about your data, can reach us through the Book a call link, until a dedicated contact address is published.
