Is it consented and compliant?

Yes. Consent is designed in, not buried in fine print. Every prospect is told at booking that the demo is AI-led and recorded, before it happens. Two-party consent and AI-disclosure requirements are treated as a hard gate: no consent, no demo.

Does it give demos outside business hours?

Yes. Vereno runs 24/7, so a prospect can book whenever suits them, in their own time zone, and the AI joins and gives the demo. Nights and weekends included. Anything it can't answer, it hands off to you.

Does it replace my sales team?

No. Vereno gives the demos so you stop being the bottleneck; you (or your closer) own the close and the relationship. What changes is what you walk into: a warm, briefed prospect who has already seen the product, instead of a cold pitch.

How personalized is each demo?

It's tailored to who is on the call. From onboarding, Vereno knows your product and your buyers, so it shapes the demo to the prospect's use case and answers their specific questions live, not a canned walkthrough.

How is Vereno different from an AI SDR?

An AI SDR chases and books meetings; Vereno gives the meeting. Yes. On the call we open the live readout, built from real demo calls run through Vereno, so you can see how it counts questions, objections and misreads on actual conversations. Your own readout starts after your first demos.

Where does my data live?

In your own isolated Sales Brain. Your demos, your transcripts, your intelligence: never pooled with other companies and never used to train another company's rep. If you leave, it leaves with you.

A simple subscription: a flat monthly price plus a short setup, priced to cost less than a sales hire. Exact numbers depend on your volume. That's the first thing we work out on the call.

We set Vereno up to give your demos and send you a weekly product-intelligence readout. It's founder-led and early, so you get direct attention and your feedback shapes the product.

How to reach us, connect or remove Zoom and Microsoft Teams, run demos, and manage your data.

01Contact us

Email contact@vereno.tech for help with your account, a demo, billing, or anything else. Include the email address you sign in with and, for a specific demo, its date and time. We aim to reply within one business day.

02Getting started

Sign up at app.vereno.tech with your work email and answer a few onboarding questions.
Create a persona: the AI rep that gives your demos. Give it your product link, a name, and a short description of what your product does.
Connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams in Settings, then schedule a demo. Your persona joins the meeting automatically at the scheduled time.

03Connecting Zoom or Microsoft Teams

In the Vereno app, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Connect Zoom or Connect Microsoft Teams. You'll approve a standard consent screen from Zoom or Microsoft. Vereno uses the connection only to create the demo meetings you schedule and to show which account is connected.

We store an encrypted access token for your account. We never see or store your Zoom or Microsoft password.

04Removing Vereno from Zoom

You can disconnect Zoom at any time, from either side:

In Vereno: open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect next to Zoom.
In Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage, then Added Apps, find Vereno and choose Remove.

What happens when you remove it

Vereno immediately deletes the stored connection for your Zoom account and can no longer create meetings in it. Demos you already scheduled stay in your Zoom calendar until you cancel them there. Transcripts and insights from past demos stay in your Vereno account until you delete them or ask us to.

05Scheduling and demos

Every demo is AI-led and recorded, and participants are told this when they are invited. The persona joins on time, gives the demo, answers questions from what you've taught it, and hands anything else back to your team.
After a demo, you'll find the transcript and what prospects asked, doubted and wanted under Meetings and Product intelligence.
If a persona didn't join a meeting, check that the meeting link is valid and that your Zoom or Teams account is still connected, then contact us with the meeting time.

06Your data

Each customer's data is kept separate and is never used to train models for anyone else. To export or delete your data, or to close your account, email us from the address you sign in with. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy at vereno.tech/privacy.

07Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, email contact@vereno.tech with "Security" in the subject line and details to reproduce it. Please don't share it publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
